Shipping Information

  • Shipping Address:

    • Write your order number on the box.
    • Including a return shipping label in the box is strongly recommended.

  • Insurance Recommendation:
    Insurance is recommended on all shipped items. C² Laser Engraving is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

  • Return Shipping:
    Once engraving is complete and the invoice is paid, items will be shipped back to the customer.

Firearm Shipping Terms

Shipping Requirements

  • Handguns and NFA Items:
    Must be shipped via FedEx or UPS 2-Day Air.
  • Long Guns (Rifles or Shotguns):
    Can be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
  • Firearms must be shipped back to the same address they were sent from.

Prohibited Items

  • Do not ship the following:
    • Live ammunition
    • Electronics such as optics, lasers, or flashlights

Insurance on Firearms

  • Insurance is required to cover the full value of firearms in transit.
  • C² Laser Engraving is not responsible for lost or damaged firearms during shipping.

Packaging Instructions

  • Ensure firearms and accessories are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all required documentation in the shipment.

Return Process

  • Firearms must be shipped back to the FFL or address from which they were originally sent.

General Shipping & Refund Policies

  • Shipping Restrictions:
    We do not ship internationally.
  • Tracking Information:
    Tracking details will be sent to your email once the shipping label is created.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds are not offered, even if C² Laser Engraving is responsible for an error. However, we will correct any errors or re-engrave the corrected design on a new or similar item.
    • Customers are responsible for spelling errors in the text they provide. We do not spell-check customer-provided text, as intentional misspellings may be valid in certain cases.
  • Damage or Discrepancies:
    • Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly.
    • Report any damage or discrepancies within 10 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be reviewed.
  • Warranty Disclaimer:
    The services we provide may void or limit product warranties offered by the manufacturer, retailer, or other entities. C² Laser Engraving is not liable for any impact on warranties due to our services.

In-Store Services

  • Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
    • All items and services are available for in-store drop-off and pick-up.
    • Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment is encouraged.
    • Schedule your appointment by phone, email, or our contact form.

  • Customized in-stock items will ship within 5 business days.

Glock Laser Stippling

  • Turnaround Time: Average processing time is 2-3 weeks after receiving the firearm.
  • Shipping Requirements:
    • Handguns must be shipped via 2-Day Air.
    • Insurance is strongly recommended, as C² Laser Engraving is not responsible for items lost or damaged once handed over to the shipping carrier.
    • For faster turnaround, please provide a return shipping label.

NFA Form 1 Engraving

  • Turnaround Time: Processing time is 5 business days.
  • Shipping Requirements:
    • Insurance is strongly recommended, as C² Laser Engraving is not responsible for items lost or damaged once handed over to the shipping carrier.
